The TIME Field

The time should be entered as three separate numbers:

Each number should be separated from the others by at least one space. The numbers may be integers or decimal numbers. They may be larger than their normal range. That is, they can be larger than 24, 60, and 60 respectively. No signs are recognized. All time values are assumed to be positive. The last field (seconds) is truncated to an integer value. The value obtained here is added as a fractional day to the value in the DATE field.
